Sorry to comment here but can't figure out how to post an "article".
What can we do to patrol the pool better in the evenings? There is too much noise, waste, and destruction of property late at night at the pool.
Thoughts, ideas, suggestions?

All residents should feel empowered to enforce the rules of the clubhouse and pool. After all it is our money that pays for the destruction and vandalism.

Rules are posted at the pool, but here are three that we should all be reminded of:

* No key No swim! Residents only, If you don't have a key, get a replacement from MSI

* Pool Hours are 6am-10pm, Anyone there after hours is considered Trespassing (and likely not from our neighborhood anyway).

* Children 13 and under must have adult supervision.

I would ask folks to knock it off and go home, if they don't comply, then call Westminster Police dispatch.

On a side note... There is a volunteer clubhouse committee that checks up on the pool and clubhouse, but it currently only has two members. Any one interested in joining the clubhouse committee should contact tony_wilmer@yahoo.com

Thanks!
